All content created by FLUXIA for the client will be the property of the client once payment is completed. FLUXIA retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.

FLUXIA does not guarantee specific results. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
